PPSO will be accessible only via Group Retail Portal

As announced in March, PPSO migrated from Dealer Portal to Group Retail Portal (GRP). Group Retail Portal offers strong authentication when logging in and complies with GDPR. The access via VW Dealer portal to PPS Online / PET will be deactivated at 31.03.2022.

The migration has no impact on the access to ElsaPro which still be available via VW Dealer portal. You will be informed about necessity to move your ElsaPro access separately once ElsaPro is ready via GRP. We would like to ask you to switch your processes to Group Retail portal as soon as possible. You will find the same PPSO functionalities in Group Retail Portal as you are already familiar with from Dealer Portal.

How to get access to GRP
If you do not yet have access to Group Retail Portal, you can register at the following link: https://grp.global.volkswagenag.com/. Self-registration for Group Retail Portal is done by the user. You will also find training videos and support there.
